We coordinate installation for our state-of-the-art technology. We offer two different types of On Hold or MOH external equipment. Our USB technology allows us to email your updated recordings. We also work with many global brands that utilize our Hybrid system. The Hybrid system relies on an internet connection to remotely download all recordings, in any language.

Step 1: Project Preparation
We suggest that every project start with a call to one of our voice prompt specialists. Your specialist will walk you through each step from prep to delivery.

Step 2: Voice Selection

Step 3: Recordings
We offer a wide selection of domestic and international voice talents. We can produce recordings in any language depending on your unique needs.
Step 4: Producing and Formatting
Once recorded, our Pro Tools Certified Engineers will review each prompt to ensure accuracy and phonetics. We then format and label (code) each file as per your labeling requirements for seamless insertion into your system.
Step 5: Delivery of Completed Project
Once completed, we will deliver the files in any format including email, ftp, USB thumb drive or insertion into your system.
