Beginning Jan 1
Happy New Year! Encourage your callers to make it a New Year’s resolution to have the perfect smile. Start the New Year off right with a check up to ensure that your dental health is strong. The beginning of the year is a good time to review your dental insurance and make sure that you are aware of all the dental benefits that you are entitled to.
Beginning April 1
What products or services do you provide that your patients don’t know about? Is this a good time to tell them about your tooth brightening system or veneer program? Do you offer any alternative types of pain relief that they are not aware of? Think of your On Hold message as an "audio newsletter". Think about highlighting a different product of service each quarter that may cross promote your services. For instance, do your pediatric patients know that you also offer orthodontics?
mid June/early July
Your clients are active in the summer months. Offer them a summer promotion to encourage them to take care of their dental needs. Encourage parents to take care of dental check ups for their children while they’re not busy at school. Offer specials and promotions in order to increase activity during the summer months.
How many people ask you about Halloween candy this time of year. Tell your patients to have fun but eat chocolate that melts--not candy that sticks. Give tips on how they can keep their teeth strong and bright throughout the year. Make sure that your clients know how to reach you during an "off hours" emergency.
