Step One: Consultation
On Hold Marketing & Communications does NOT believe in “Noise on Hold.” The only way to understand how we can design an On Hold production that will increase your bottom line is to have a consultation. We need to understand your service, products, marketing goals, upcoming events, low-selling products, your “wish list” for a better company, etc. Our consultants all have an extensive marketing background. We will take this information and formulate an on hold script for your review.
Step Two: Editing
Once again, the single biggest factor to a succesful on hold marketing campaign is the script. If we are not informing, selling, announcing, surprising and pleasing your callers then we are not doing our job. We will work with you until you feel that your customers will be “wowed.” Once the copy is done, we move onto the easy stuff.
Step Three: Studio Work - Music & Voice Consult
We have an excellent library of both English and Spanish, male and female voice talent. You can go at any time to our website and listen to your options. We also have a large fully licensed music library for your review. Our music options are easily accessed on our website as well. Once we pick music and voice, the production is formatted in our state of the art studio. We complete productions in any format necessary and our technician is Protools certified. Furthermore, all of our productions are “Satisfaction Guaranteed.”

Step Four: Installation
Our equipment is easy to install in most cases. We work with each client to create an installation plan that is customized for your particular phone system or phones. You do not need to have a phone system to have On Hold Marketing. Our consultants will explain how On Hold Marketing can be utilized with almost any phone set up. If you do not need equipment, that is fine too and will be reflected, of course, in your pricing.
